(We recommend “The Chicago Manual of Style” to learn proper MLA citation & formatting)

Breach of Contract:  All manuscripts submitted must be original works and not previously published.  If your work/book is currently under contract with another publisher, please have the correct documentation to show that you have been released from your contract.

And even though we do Publish Erotica, we will not publish any manuscripts which depict or glorify grossly extreme or unnecessary physical violence, rape, child molestation or abuse, or racism.  And we do not tolerate slander, harassment, open hostility towards any gender, race, religion, disability (whether physical or mental), political views, sexual or gender identity.

Should your work have content that deals with child abuse, domestic violence or rape, please be sensitive of your reading audience.  Not all survivors are healed survivors, and not everyone has dealt with the traumatic instances of their childhood, or in some cases, adulthood.

Trimaxx International Publishers adheres to strict Publishing Law:

Any manuscript material that might present a legal issue, or is of some concern that it may present a legal problem will be reported to the Publisher before the Editorial process begins.  You will be notified of content that may be problematic or cause legal action again you as the Author, or Trimaxx International Publishers, as the Publisher.

The following are instances which would cause a manuscript to be flagged and reported to the Publisher for consideration:

Libel: Publishing false, insulting, offensive, slanderous, or derogatory statements about a living person. (Although defamatory statements about public officials as well as celebrities is subject to a different standard altogether; meaning,  if you are purposely stirring up controversy in your work.  In this case, you must write a complete explanatory letter to be presented to the author in reference to your manuscript so that the Publisher may consider your stance.)

Invasion of Privacy: Using words, phrases, commentary of any type,  or images for commercial publicity reasons without the subject’s permission is known as commercial misappropriation and is not tolerated by Trimaxx International Publishers.

Obscenity:  If your material has no redeeming literary or artistic qualities, and is offensive, extremely profane, or steps over the bounds of racism, gender, political or scientific values or beliefs, it may be a legal issue and will be flagged accordingly and sent to the Publisher for approval or disapproval.

Copyright Infringement:  Save your name, your integrity, and your character.  Just don’t do it.  But we will give you the rundown anyway.

Unless you provide us with a Permission to Reprint from the original Author of any phrase, text, or full work, you may not use it.

Any works used, whether a sentence, phrase or quotation; must be accompanied by proper citations.  Any work that exceeds fair use will be discussed with the Publisher, and the Author will be contacted to discuss omitting the information.
